Try it free for 14 days first
Every feature of TouchRotator is free for 14 days before you buy anything. Confirming it works with your own touch panel first is the surest route.
Refunds after purchase
If it still does not work, or it is not what you expected, we will refund you in full within 14 days of purchase. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask
- Email info@tsubomi.jp
- Include the email address you bought with, or the order number on your receipt
- If you are willing, tell us what went wrong. It helps us fix it, and it is not a condition of the refund
How long it takes
The refund is issued through our merchant of record, back to the payment method you used. It usually appears on your statement 5 to 10 business days after we approve it; the exact time is up to your card issuer.
After a refund
Your licence key stops working and the app returns to the state it is in after the 14-day trial ends.
