Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TouchRotator (the “app”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.
1. Licence
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on Macs that you own or control. Ownership and copyright do not transfer.
2. Free trial
Every feature is free for 14 days from first launch. To keep using the app after that, a licence must be purchased.
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, rent or share the app or a licence key
- Reverse engineer or decompile beyond what the law permits
- Circumvent the licence check
4. No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it fits a particular purpose or works with a particular touch panel. Please use the free 14-day trial to confirm it works with your hardware before buying.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. In any case our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
6. Changes
Features may change without notice. If the app is discontinued, we will keep purchased licences working.
7. Sales
Purchases are handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record and seller. Receipts, invoicing and refunds are processed through them; their legal name appears on your receipt.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute.
